A Do-Together Project for Children and Parents
Does your child have difficulty sleeping? Does he / she need help feeling safe? There’s no better way to slow down and snuggle in than a few evenings with our Sleep Workbook.
.
Although they usually can’t name or describe it, children often pick up on our own feelings of distress. Even when we don’t talk about it, children often feel uneasy or frightening by sensing our anxiety, frustration, or fear.
.
How It Works
For both adults and children, the unknown is difficult to befriend. We’ve designed this downloadable, printable workbook to use analogies of animals and humans to help your child identify and name what helps us feel safe. There is space for your child to draw and for either of you to write in the answer to the questions.
Each page is designed to be a conversation starter. This process will help you learn about your child and how to meet their needs even more than you already do.
