5 Radical Minutes is a systematic way to build deeper connections with those around us, especially in times of stress or when we have differing viewpoints.


This mental health resource in the educational setting takes five minutes each day and is fully scripted. Although designed to take 5 minutes, activities can easily move into further discussion for you to engage more deeply in recovery and mental health for students if you wish.



These Election-specific prompts and activites provide strategies and techniques to help as you talk about politics with students, family members, co-workers, and friends, especially those who may have different political beliefs than you. You’ll learn what you can do to keep your stress and anxiety levels in check while also have productive, civil conversations that bring you together rather than divide you.
