Thank you for your interest in facilitating training for crisis response teams (“Flight Teams”).
Becoming a CMI Certified Flight Team Trainer isn’t for the faint of heart. It requires dedication, passion, empathy and an enjoyment of teaching. CMI is coordinating trainings with the ESDs or similar regional programs. This initial survey will help guide us in the process of selecting those who will be trained.
