Along with everyone’s excitement in returning to school, students and staff will also be returning with a range of uncertainties and anxieties. We’ve designed the 5 Radical Minutes program using
trauma-informed strategies to support schools in gaining student, staff, and family trust.
The 5 Radical Minutes course offers both students and staff the opportunity to learn how to connect with others to develop a mutually supportive and caring mindset.
The daily practice of 5 Radical Minutes teaches new rules of engagement: to listen more openly, to reflect more quietly, and to respond more thoughtfully.
Given the unique needs, constraints, and uncertainties from one locale to another, we have added flexible delivery of the program content. We hope you find this to be easy, seamless, and effective.
